Coaxial Cables
Relemac Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has the central conductor of solid stranded
bare which electrolytic graded of 99.97% pure copper. The secondary
conductor is specially designed with poly-aluminium tape, applied
longitudinally which overlaps and is bonded on the foam dielectric.
Aluminium alloy wires with high tensile strength are braided and
applied for the aluminium tape with specified coverage. The cable is
then jacketed with a special long lasting UV resistant PVC compound.

Construction & Material
FIRST OUTER CONDUCTOR
Sealed aluminium -polypropylene-aluminium (APA) laminated tape is
longitudinally wrapped with an overlap around the dielectric to
provide 100% coverage of the dielectric and long-term reliability of
shielding performance.
SECOND OUTER CONDUCTOR
Standard coverage aluminium alloy wire braids improve shielding
ability and provide additional mechanical strength.
MESSENGER
PVC jacketed, galvanized steel wire is integrally attached to cable
jacket with easily separable PVC web serves as a support for cable.
The 0.045 inch (1 13mrn) wire has 152 pound (676N) break strength,
0051 inch (1 30mm) wire has a 200 pound (889N) break strength,0.072
inch(1.83mm) has a 365 pound (1&24N) break strength, 0.083
inch(2.11mm) has a 485 pound(2157N) break strength, and 0.109
inch(2.77rmn) has an 1800 pound(8007N) break strength
JACKET
Protective PVC is applied over the braid to environmentally seal the
construction. Both black and non-black jackets are UV resistant and
may be used outdoors.
Note: Polyethylene jacket is used on the size 11 messenger
versions using 0.109 inch (2.77mm) messenger wire only.
Polyethylenes jackets are also available on undergo round drop
cables.
DIELECTRIC
Closed cell high velocity precision matrix is foamed polyethylene
which provides optimum dielectric hardness. The foam is bonded to
the centre conductor with a clean stripping proprietary
moisture-blocking polymer. Attenuation remains stable from 0% to
100% relative humidity.
THIRD OUTER CONDUCTOR
Unsealed aluminium -polypropylene-aluminium (APA) laminated tape in
conjunction with the second shield provides and additional shield
for improved signal isolation.
FOURTH OUTER CONDUCTOR
Economy coverage aluminium alloy wire braids in conjunction with the
first braids sandwiches the second tape to assure good metallic
contact in the overlap of the tape.
